Last reviewed: January 2026 We use trusted vendors ("Subprocessors") to deliver the service. Each is under a data processing agreement and appropriate security controls.
[!NOTE] Data transfers: When data moves outside the EEA (specifically to the US for AI inference), we rely on robust legal mechanisms. For US-based AI providers (e.g., OpenRouter), we rely on their Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal transfer mechanism. For Vercel, we rely on their EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) certification. Changes: We will update this list before adding or replacing a subprocessor where feasible. Contact: For questions or objections to a specific subprocessor, email security@inqry.ai.
